Accessibility Statement

Hforce AG wants its website to be accessible to everyone – regardless of disabilities, assistive technologies or devices. This statement describes how far we meet this goal and where limitations remain.

Scope

This statement applies to the Hforce AG website in German and English, including the salary check and the contact area.

Standard

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at conformance level AA, in line with the Swiss Disability Discrimination Act (BehiG), EU Directive (EU) 2019/882 and the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG).

Compliance status

The website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. We are continuously fixing the limitations listed below.

What we have implemented

  • All meaningful images and graphics have text alternatives; purely decorative elements are hidden from screen readers.

  • Text and controls meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.

  • The website can be fully operated by keyboard, with a visible focus and a "Skip to content" link.

  • Clear heading structure, labelled form fields and understandable error messages.

  • Animations are reduced when "Reduce motion" is enabled in the operating system.

  • Pages adapt to screen size and zoom up to 200 %; the language of every page is declared.

Known limitations

  • Third-party content – the cookie banner (iubenda) and appointment booking – is not fully under our control and may not be fully accessible.

  • Some animated illustrations (e.g. the dashboard preview) are illustrative; their content is also available as text.

  • Legal texts (privacy policy, terms and conditions) are extensive and not available in easy-to-read language.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 2 November 2026, based on a self-assessment with automated testing tools (axe, WAVE) and manual tests with keyboard and screen reader. We review the website regularly and after major changes.
